Hoover App

★★★★★ I actually have no prob using this app! My settings automatically changed while I was vacuuming both my carpeted floors & my hard wood floors! The auction is AMAZING! IT'S SO POWERFUL! My best investment yet!! I nicknamed my vacuum "holy grail!" 😁

★★★★★ Just purchased had the same problem like everyone else. So I switched the power button to off the on (underneath) while your app is scanning, it finally located the vacuum and now it works perfectly.

★★★★★ Using it with a Quest 700. Easy to use. Quick initial set up. Have had no problems with it. I lost the remote that came with the vacuum so the app works great if I want to steer it to a specific spot and activate the spot clean option.

★★☆☆☆ This is my honest review my parents just bought a brand new Hoover react vacuum cleaner that I don't even know about and I just downloaded this app and it doesn't even freaking work? I seriously cannot understand why you dumbass people cannot make a simple app work it's not that difficult I am a web/app developer and this is an absolute disgrace if I was the one developing this app it would have been working along time ago and this app was updated on September 5th 2017 and it still doesn't even freaking work? Whoever is in control of developing this application need to be fired and have someone who knows how to develop an application that actually function not look all shiny and pretty when its functionality barely works I absolutely hate when app Developers do that it's not just Hoover I have downloaded plenty of apps that don't even work even though the UI looks amazing but what's the point of having a shiny pretty user interface when its functionality doesn't work at all? If there is one thing I have learned as a web/app developer don't fix the UI if it's not broken I am going to seriously contact Hoover and I'm going to get on their ass until they fix this app I don't care how mad they will be it is such a disgrace if you don't even know how to develop a functional app I even tried so many times uninstalling and reinstalling this app still no such luck this app refused to connect to my Hoover react vacuum cleaner it keeps telling me device disconnected gatt services not discovered so I believe it's not the app that is the problem you people get it wrong its their services that is currently not working because I called them and they told me they are having issues with their system but they don't know when it will be fixed the technician Department refuse to communicate with their customer service Hoover needs to get their act together if they want their product to be successful otherwise people will not buy your product if your apps don't work other than that the vacuum cleaner works really well the suction is way too strong it cannot handle very thin carpets and it cleans floor tiles really damn well it just feels so clean I don't feel no hair because I have pets and they throw hair a lot and I even tried cleaning the living room carpet which is very long and big it cleans it so well the suction power is crazy good other than that your app needs serious work if you want to make your customers happy I recommend stop Clowning Around and do your damn job 😠👎

★★☆☆☆ App will not connect to my quest 700. It wont even allow you to select a robot device. Terrible useless app. Hoovers robo vacs are horrible quality as well. It always gets stuck and half the time I cant even get it to charge. Overpriced garbage. Spend the extra and buy a roomba.
