Manage Your Hop Cards • Register your plastic Hop cards for balance protection • Load money on your card using a debit/credit card or Google Pay • Set up Auto-Load to top up your card automatically when your balance gets low • Check your balance, current fare and passes you’ve earned
* ADULT RIDERS: If you’re 18-64 and not using Honored Citizen or Youth fares, you don’t need a Hop card or the Hop app to ride. You can instantly pay the Adult fare by tapping your phone or contactless credit/debit card on the green Hop reader as you board (no Hop card or app needed). Even without a Hop card, you’ll earn Day and Month Passes as you ride.

Well I do appreciate aging and disability for paying for a year for my hop fast Trivet bus pass, I'm kind of frustrated cuz I don't understand why I can't buy those tickets the customer service people say that only the mental health police officer unit and cascadia, Old Town clinic, Nara' totom Lodge and hospitals can get those tickets to give to people, if I'm paying for those tickets out of pocket I don't understand why a person can't buy them

When 3.2.0 installed on my Android, I had to log in again. I did that and then the app could not seem to find my Hop card in Google Wallet on my Pixel, so it prompted me to Add the Hop Card. I did that and the scanning stopped working at the kiosks and bus entryway. Today I went in and found I had the same Hop Card TWICE in Google Wallet! I removed the two from Google Wallet and then restarted my phone and then added the Hop card again from the 3.2.0 Hop app. That should fix things.

Google Wallet likes to charge my credit card instead of my Hop card because the Hop card is considered a "loyalty pass" and not a "transit pass," which Google does have a category for. Today I opened up my Google Wallet to my Hop card when I tapped the terminal, and it still charged my credit card instead. I would go back to my plastic card, but getting the Hop app permanently disables it.

The app is a Nightmare, even when you have NFC on it does not work when you Tap. It does not display the "Add to Google wallet", at the bottom when you try to add it this it doesn't work. If I could give zero stars I would. Trivet needs to step up and warn Android users
