Love this app! Convenient way to pay & ride. I like how once you've paid $4 it provides a day pass & caps at $60 for the month.

I just arrived in town, and I love this app. It needs a little help: from time-to-time the QR code does not generate and will show up blank at the time that when you need to scan the code when boarding the bus, yet with patient bus drivers and giving it a few minutes and restarting the app on my phone, the QR code finally generated, and I was able to pay for the ride and there was not a problem. I really appreciate that the app will take into consideration transfer time. Thank you!

This app needs to be fixed, big time. I am no longer able to add funds to my card through this app. Every time I try, I get "internal server error". It's been happening for months and now my sister is having the same problem.

This app is very glitchy, you can't be on too long before your bus otherwise it won't work, and you have to get out of the app then hop back on while you're trying to get on your bus which not only frustrates me bu frustrates bus drivers. Also I had a random glitch when I hopped out of Wi-Fi range within my job so switched off it to regular data and now the app won't work and let me reload funds and logged out but can't log back in because I don't remember password.
