I just arrived in town, and I love this app. It needs a little help: from time-to-time the QR code does not generate and will show up blank at the time that when you need to scan the code when boarding the bus, yet with patient bus drivers and giving it a few minutes and restarting the app on my phone, the QR code finally generated, and I was able to pay for the ride and there was not a problem. I really appreciate that the app will take into consideration transfer time. Thank you!

This app needs to be fixed, big time. I am no longer able to add funds to my card through this app. Every time I try, I get "internal server error". It's been happening for months and now my sister is having the same problem.

Poor experience on sta app. A lot of the time, the route directions are inaccurate. And right now, I am contending with a bug on my app which is not allowing me to pay for my bus card.

Don't get this on a folding phone like a z flip. The qr code is on the phone crease, and they don't have a widget to just display the qr code. They also let you reload a smart card, but they don't let give you a qr code on your phone incase you forget it at home. It's good to see that they are slowly getting with the times, but I hope the app gets better in the future.
