★★★★★ I use the HP Smart app all the time from several devices. It is so convent being able to save to an online server, so I have access across all devices. I used to have to save to the device and then move it to the cloud.

★★★★★ Issue using Nokia beacon 1.1. My smartphone & printer can Wi-Fi connect to beacon but issues finding printer when in hp smart app, only when both are connected to netgear router can I get it running. Other than that it's excellent. (Printer is a Hp office jet pro 8730).

★★★★★ This app has made using my printer extremely simple and accessible. It made the setup process straight forward with no fuss. I can just use my phone for everything, I don't have to worry about using my laptop or desktop. The app runs well, and I don't have any complaints about the UI.

★★☆☆☆ The worst printers ever, it doesn't connect even with itself! Suddenly it stopped printing and after 7 hours, it printed 50 same pages.perfect! I will throw it from 5th floor, the 1st floor it's not height enough...

★★☆☆☆ Sucks. Works. Doesn't work. Repeat. So damn frustrated and HP support is zilch. Zero! Even the bot chat gave info that didn't apply to my phone. HP printer support used to be great. The last two years not! What happened?!

★★☆☆☆ App crippled By constant need to check online for your account, you can't connect Wi-Fi direct to a printer and print anymore because it can't verify your account, so the only purpose of Wi-Fi direct is now unable to function, and even if you're online and on the same network as a printer, you still can't print because it can't determine if that printer is registered in your account. HP constantly wants you to sign in again on every page and won't remember account details from one page to the next
