The biggest thing is that I really like the Simple Pay HSC Bank account that I have, but in my opinion, the motion graphics need to be a little better and in some places it's faster. The apps are fine, but in a hurry, there must be a problem with that network architecture. In my opinion, tell the architecture so that they can create those apps in a better way and know how to use motion graphics. Some of these places look like children, so they need to fix that. Okay.

Very disappointed. Useless as a day-to-day UPI payment app for me. I installed and activated it with some difficulty. But when it came to linking accounts it's only looking for credit card accounts. It didn't find any in my case as I don't have any. I make my payments from my savings bank. The motto is 'you must borrow money to spend money' apparently.

The app is good and easy to use. Being HSBC India app, do feel it's unfair for HSBC credit card holders, as HSBC credit cards cannot be registered in the app for making payments. In other words, if one want to use the app to make all the payments then HSBC credit card is useless and if HSBC credit card is to be used for payments then this app is useless. Thus, the low rating. Hope this will be fixed soon.

Worst app, all technical glitches to set up. Its asking re-verify device but after entering mobile number and trying to verify using Aadhaar or debit card number it says "could not be verified due technical reasons try later".
