App matured in many ways compared to previous versions. 4 stars given as it goes off and unresponsive at times. This still needs improvement. Gives good cashback on many payments.

After I downloaded and installed the app. It's saying proxy connection detected, please disable your proxy though the proxy has been disabled. Please check on this

There are multiple issues here which forces me to switch to other apps for payment. 1. If it asks you to enable location, and you go back to the login screen, the fingerprint scanner disappears. 2. I cannot use it if my office VPN is on. 3. I cannot use it if I am on a call. 4. On 3rd party apps while making payment via UPI, this app doesn't show up in the list of upi apps. 5. It's slow when compared to gpay, bhim or Amazon pay. Please fix these issues.

There is no option to link hsbc credit card and go for payment, then what is the use of hsbc pay for hsbc credit card holders

This app interface doesn't feel like HSBC app. It looks like a dummy application created for testing. It lags alot. The main hsbc banking app is so smooth and Simply Pay doesn't look like HSBC app itself. I would suggest getting ideas from existing upi apps for creating smooth and faster user experience. Make the app that awesome once the user logins, doesn't uninstall.
