Really useful tool for business banking when away from a PC. We use multistep authorization routinely; it just keeps working. No error messages for several months, now. One limitation - some accounts are not accessible in HSBC net, e.g. loan accounts, money market deposits. We use the Business UK app for those.

Probably the worst banking app ever. The Call Service is useless too. 4 weeks and counting with no access to my accounts. Calling the help desk, when the connection is good enough to hear, results in ". I will have to call you back." to which a return call takes days. No waiting for my 4th "call back" and 4 weeks and still no access to my account.

Slow and low capability. It can't even do simple things like remember customer login names... I think a reflection of banking with HSBC. Below average. One of the worst banking app experiences I've had.
