Unable to register my card details as it doesn't accept the expiry date for some reason. I amended this to the old card date to bypass, it then wants to send an SMS to your phone with an activation code. We cannot receive SMS on work devices and no alternative to activate account - email perhaps or a call? Needs a bit of work before it will be fit for purpose. Will be uninstalling as in this form, it is a waste of memory space.

True garbage. Won't let me log in on my phone provided by my employer, which has left me stuck having to pay personally for things while on business trips multiple times. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but can't access PIN or approve charges. Absolutely pointless to have a corporate card that can't be used without the app, HSBC should be ashamed that this is the level of service they provide

After first time setup and closing the App, tried to enter the app again but force closes when you press 'log on'. Very annoying. Using a Samsung S22.
