Hi I've been using the app for yeappts years now but changed phones n took the camera of for a few months but when I connected again I don't seem to be able to get the picture/video alerts?? Can someone tell me. I've added that it's pic or video alerts I receive, but I only get sound alerts I receive help

Keeps on saying connection error got 3 cameras all been fine until tonight spent about 3 hours messing about to no avail these have been really good cameras up until now deleted account reinstalled app pairs and connected to all 3 devices but keeps saying connection error all time on free plan maybe something has changed? Now I'm left with 3 cameras completely useless not happy chappy 😡 oh and by the way bought my first one many years ago and all been fine up until now. Is there still a free 1

Very pathetic app very pathetic team. I have complained 30 times no any solution no response just auto generated replying. Camera video live-streaming not working, settings automatically changed after some hours I have installed 10 cameras of metrola all loss my money. Very disappointed by Metrola please not purchase any product of metrola.

DO NOT use this system! If looking for reliability or a cost-effective method. Inc the Motorola IP Cam. They stole free streaming. The reason I bought this in the first place! So now it's USELESS!!!!!! The camera had to be deleted and reinstalled EVERY time I went on holidays and the majority of times it failed WHILE I was on holidays, far from my residence (of course I kept up with updates but no difference) My old EZVIZ are still working flawlessly but Motorola / Hubble... skip it!!
