This broker really frustrates someone while trying to upload documents especially POR. Although I love your guys trading tools and lists of securities to trade, but you guys are making it difficult for someone to actually use the app. To be sincere, am tried of trying. Time to try other brokers like pepper stone is you are not ready to fix this problem.
