Registration problem. Worked fine until I updated today. Now asks me to register but won't accept my valid work email address. Had me call customer service. I called and rep said I couldn't be found in the database. Duh. I'm not in the database because I can't complete the registration. Smh. On to find another converter app. Don't update and you'll be satisfied.
