The calls face to face is awesome. Between being a caretaker for my husband who is bedridden and my vehicle's transmission blew, it's perfect. Getting my labs is tricky. I have to plan a head to have someone stay with my husband and trying to get a ride to is a pain in the butt. I can't afford umber or a taxi. I do my best.

Can't log in to my account. This app never works, half the time the info is unattainable

App is horrible. If I try to download my records it says access denied. I reached out to support, and the email bounced back. Also, when you send a message to your provider, if you use an apostrophe it causes all the text after to disappear. Also, when you log in it won't let you put the full email address because it cuts off after a certain number of characters.
