I have been using change. It allows for securing of foreign currency conversion rate, with many various countries currencies. Not only that, I feel safe parking my money with change. With recent issue of withdrawal at foreign ATM, all I needed to do was to WhatsApp Messages, and they resolved my issue by the next day. In retrospect, it is my best app for foreign currency conversions, especially with its higher rates. Look no further, try using change for your overseas trip (Japan, China etc.)

The WhatsApp support they have is 👎🏾! After filling up termination form it cannot be submitted straight. And btw this card can't even be used in Kyoto's uniqlo!

Terrible experience after they quietly implemented the SGD1 monthly service charge in Oct 2025. Hard to reach customer support, seems like communication is via WhatsApp and bots only. Easy to sign up but so difficult to terminate and close account. Monthly service fee is charged mid-month, while the refund will only be credited at month end. Example: mid-April deduct $1 for Apr monthly fee, end of April receive your $3 refund for Q1. Nett receive $2. Other platforms don't charge monthly fees.
