I love the articles but the app keeps logging me out while reading, it happens like every 15 minutes! Edited after fix

Updated the rating. App works well, important to note, one need to register the account first! If one is trying to log in directly with the passcode, it will show error. I believe this is confusing, so I am taking back one star. It would help if instead of the error pop up, it would just show a standard alert to "register" (as any other application does).

It is not accepting my Company Passcode. Says "Registration failed. Wrong passcode." But it is the correct passcode and there is no contact/help to check what the problem is about.

Poor login admin, video and access. Resorted to external calls every time. App locks even if you password recover so when it comes to a consultation, you cannot use the app. Locks asking for admin to unlock or leave for an unspecified period of time and no surprise no way of contacting admin. Doesn't work using biometrics either. Counselors/coaches ought to use another app (zoom etc.) and stop pushing people to this app. Loses valuable help time for people who need it.

Constant connection issues at first, which has now progressed to the app not even opening. Very disappointed with the app.

There is nothing worse than a Dead On Arrival app. This one fits the bill. Could not even create an account. Even after entering all details, it was telling me some info is missing without telling what exactly was missing. Two days later when I tried to sign up, it says phone number already exists. This app is used in counselling. Good luck to people who call in with suicidal thoughts.
