For some reason I was asked to download this app, cuz I have to verify my identity to log in to my GMX account. I uploaded the info at 4pm, but it is still loading with a message "wait a moment, your data is being verified". Almost 7 hours already:(

Incomplete application Does not recognize German government issued aufenthaltstitel card (equivalent of German citizen ID card issued to ex-pats) also does not recognize standard EU style UK passport. Other government apps and offices recognize these forms of ID.

Does not recognize German NE ID 9 out of 10 times. Once it recognizes the image, it doesn't start reading the chip, pressing the button to start does nothing. Since the ID process with the website that needed is already started, you can't opt for anything else until some time has passed. So, frustrating and useless.
