Identity Pass is a Microsoft application for processing access requests to organizational resources. When you submit a request, biometric data is collected. A live photo is taken and compared with your employee badge photo. Biometric data will be stored for one year. You may need to join a video call with an authorized Microsoft employee to verify your identity.

I am unable to launch the Microsoft Identity Pass app on my phone. It crashes immediately with the message "Identity Pass Keeps stopping" Please confirm whether Samsung Galaxy A52 on Android 14 is currently supported for Microsoft Identity Pass or its on an unsupported/known issue list.

I'm sure it's handy for MS employees, but the app description doesn't say that's who it is for. So, it looks like it could be used with the Verified ID services of MS Entra, but no, it can't, because it is for MS employees only. Please stick that at the top of the description to avoid confusion, and ideally in the short version as well, since thst doesn't mention it at all. "For Microsoft employees only" or something clear and absolute, please.
