Advice to the developers: setting up your "profile" is daunting if you are to do it right. Make it easier by adding OCR scanning for driver's licenses, credit cards, insurance, etc. The more data people get into the system, the more value it has and the more likely they are to renew.

Can't even login to the app as soon as I enter my email I get and error saying "something went wrong please try again"

This app is useless! When I log in I always get a server error and cannot connect. This has happened in every update version for over a year. Fix you server connection issues and make your app usable!

I can't really describe how disappointed I am in this company. Here's the short version to keep it at 500 characters. Took me almost a month to be able to log into my account after registration, once logged in it said I didn't have a subscription, it tells me they can't track my credit. Every customer service representative I talk to was rude and didn't care, and you will never get a response from anyone in less than 24 hours. All this while I just had my identity stolen. Unbelievable!!!!

This app does not show the VPN and the mobile control attack that it shows in the tutorial on the website. Customer service is abysmal.
