Worst experience ever! Do not trust this app company. Taking insurance from ICICI Lombard and using the IL Assist device has been a nightmare. It took them a month and 100+ follow-ups just to install it, and the device they gave me is defective! Customer support is nonexistent. I emailed both Verroc and ICICI Lombard, and even posted on X multiple times no one cares to reply. The app, the device, and the support system are entirely useless. Highly disappointed! Completely unprofessional

Fraud, this app is asking for access for your contacts, videos and all your personal information. I hope this is not a genuine app for icici Lombard. Please be aware of this app

Lots of issues in the app, didn't get all the notifications for ignition on and off. Not giving live updates properly, jerky live tracking. Worst app for car.
