It doesn't work. All I see in the app are the albums I had memories download from my VHS tapes. There is no option to download your photos or videos into the App.

UPDATE 6/29/24 - They need to get with the times, so we can upload videos to the app. UPDATE 1/4/2021 - APP STILL DOESN'T WORK ON ANDROID PHONES UPDATE 9/12/2020 - APP STILL DOESN'T WORK ON ANDROID PHONES it says this app was last update in 2016 and that this app was developed for an older android version. I have a Samsung 10+ & it won't open. I'm paying for this service, and I can't upload any of my phone videos. Not happy at all

This is even worse than b4. Now there isn't even an option to upload new videos. All u can do is view ur library.
