All of our sessions range from 15-50 minutes and vary in intensity. Whether you're working out from home or in a gym, you can take our sessions anywhere. Join us for a growing library of on-demand sessions, new 4-week programs every month, and specific programs exclusively for our members. As an ex-varisty soccer athlete, a certified personal trainer for over a decade with an undergraduate degree in kinesiology, I always wanted to find a training app that offered me the best of every world: attention to detail, proper warm-ups, intentional training, the best programming, and a place where I can build consisteny with working out back into my life. Our app, In Motion is an extension of everything I've learned and love about training for longevity and building a better-than-ever relationship with Movement and exercise.

My hope is that each week, the Movements feel more fluid, the weight may go up, your time under tension might get longer, you start to celebrate STARTING, and ultimately, I hope you get to build the confidence and trust in yourself for putting one foot in front of the other.
