Worked perfectly without any problems. Installed, added my payment option and started my charging. No problems, did what is supposed to do

I attempted to charge my car through an application, but it depleted all the funds available on my card. In the afternoon, I discovered that someone else was using my card's funds to charge their own car, and now my card is unusable as any money I add is immediately reserved by In Charge. Despite contacting customer service, they were unable to assist me, which is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this app if you wish to avoid such troubles.

Simple app, but quite misleading: 2 of the 3 charging stations we tried were fenced and not accessible despite being on the map. One was employee parking and the other for residents. That should be made clearer!
