One time registration Download and install the ING Commercial Card app on your smartphone. The app will lead you through the registration process step by step. You will need to login to the portal to retrieve the registration QR-code. Simply scan this verification QR-code into the app and follow the instructions. Once the code is validated the ING Commercial Card app is ready to use.

When you get a new smartphone, you need to log in on this app again (logical). But while logging in on this app, it assumes you are logging in through a regular web browser and asks you to generate a code from the Commercial card app... Wait? That's exactly the app I am trying to log into... this means every time I get a new phone I need to reach out to ING over the phone to get this fixed.... far from ideal.

Terrible, everything about this app is terrible. And now the authenticator functionality has disappeared, so I can't log in into the web portal. Preventing me from completing my tax return. Great.
