U really enjoy using the Ingles grocery app. For pickup. But the last couple of weeks I have not been able to place an order for some reason. I wish that it would start working again. Because it makes it easier for me.

The ladies are always so nice and professional when they bring the order out. They also bag the items together that needs to be together. They also put all the produce together and the cold items together. I recommend this curbside pickup to every person that needs it like I do. Love the pickup service due to its easy online ordering and the service is phenomenal. Never any errors in my orders and very efficient when you come to pick up your order. If your order is $35 or more they waive the $4.95 fee. If they did not waive the fee, I doubt if I would use the service. However, I always give a tip, but that goes to the individual not the store. Great service!!

Stopped working-it was working fine until I had to do a forced update today, and now I can't get the app to even open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and nothing happens. Now I can't use the app at all.

Quit working, said no internet connectivity, even though I was using verizon at the store and Wi-Fi at home. Uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't work.

There are too many bugs. Right now app is not working at all. Her ID error message. It doesn't even open. You only see Ingles logo. When app does work, I can't scroll recently purchased items. Please make some bigs changes to make this work properly. You guys really need to up your game. y'all are behind the times compared to other grocery chains. Your search is terrible. Also, put the US at the top for country selection. Hope to see some updates soon. Do y'all even look at people's reviews????
