★★★★★ The platform is super easy to use. I made a small mistake when ordering an extra ticket, but Mayra from the Ingress team sorted it out right away.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to download tickets, unable to screenshot, unable to cancel, customer support says I have to talk to the producer of the event but doesn't have the contact info of the producer. Told me to find ir myself through their social media, but I don't even know who the producer is because it doesn't say anywhere!!! This is a total scam!

★★☆☆☆ Do you like being sent tickets you can't access because the services to send account verification and sms verification emails are completely broken? Then use this app! You will love it! Forget password? It will never send the link! Need to sms verification? Don't worry, that's never coming either! But good luck accessing your tickets 😉😉😉
