I Just tried to upload A document from my Phone with Zero success. Every year around tax time it's the same. The app is secure (extremely) so ID rather that.

Horrible app and Horrible company. The app and the website are constantly down. This company is a horrible FSA fund distributor. You send in receipt from the pharmacy for your prescription medication, but they want a more detail. You have to send in your receipt with the surgeons' office note and pathology report since the copay receipt is not enough. I don't control how the surgeons' office prints off receipt. It's not my fault they don't use a letterhead.
