This is my first time using this app to make a payment and it took out TWO payments but my account only reflects the one. Now my bank is at a negative balance and they've charged me $30 for it! Customer service is nonexistent, and people in store can't help either. They've basically stolen my money!

Absolute worst app I've used. Balances are never right. Ties into universal card from title loan company titlemax. As soon as you get loan, they hit you with a $10 fee. Its really a branded green dot card with tons of fees for everything. Check your contract very carefully when using this company. The app is worthless
