About InstaPe
InstaPe is a Mumbai-headquartered fintech platform that enables employees of partner companies to access regulated salary advance products through a fully digital process.
InstaPe operates as a Digital Lending App (DLA) facilitating loan origination and processing. Loans are disbursed directly by RBI-registered regulated entities.

InstaPe Synergies Pvt Ltd does not lend from its own balance sheet.
Who Can Use InstaPe?
InstaPe is available exclusively to full-time employees of companies that have signed up with InstaPe.
Applicants must:
- Be Indian residents - Applicant's age should be 21 & above - Be in active employment with a partner company - Complete KYC as per RBI guidelines
Interest rates, tenure may vary depending on the employer program and lending partner.

Loan Amount: ₹10,000 Loan Tenure: 12 months Interest Rate: 16% per annum (reducing balance) APR: 16% Total Interest Payable: ₹907 Disbursed Amount: ₹10,000 Total Repayment Amount: ₹10,907 Foreclosure charge: NIL

RBI Compliance
InstaPe partners with RBI-authorized and regulated entities. All loan agreements are executed directly between the borrower and the regulated lending entity.
InstaPe adheres to RBI Digital Lending Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
Safety & Security
Data encrypted in transit and at rest Customer data stored and processed in India VAPT certified by a CERT-In empanelled auditor Users may request deletion of personal data
Permissions Required
Camera Required for borrower selfie as part of the lender KYC process.
Location (Approximate / Coarse) Used only to embed approximate geolocation on the KYC photograph as required by the lending partner. Location data is not used for tracking or background monitoring.
Data Ownership: Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data from InstaPe’s databases at any time by contacting nodalofficer@instape.com
