I'm using android, and it won't even open the app. Like most, I was asked to download for a hospital appointment, and can't even let them know we're at the hospital! I don't know if it's an Apple/ Android thing, but not everyone uses Apple phones ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!!!!

!!Absolutely pointless app!! Was asked to use this app as a trial for Alder Hey, app kept saying I was not connected to the internet, even though I had WiFi and mobile data, thought I had to be in the hospital for it to work, but nope, signed into the hospital WiFi same message, the idea is greatly, but the app does not work!!!!
