Something changed, Unable to change Mode on App from Heat to Cool as Cool is grayed out, have to make change on the Thermostat. It will let me go from Cool to Heat, as Heat is an option to change to but not back to Cool. I also found Heat Pump Only is no longer in the list of Heat Sources, only Gas and System in Control are the only choices as it use to also have Heat Pump. This is a very recent issue that I just found as I have always used these all the time. The Thermostat does these Options.

Update: 12/24/2024... My air quality is now for my local area! Thanks for fixing this issue!!! Updated my number of stars... Version 1.8.6 is not available in Google Play on my ANDROID Phone. So I reinstalled 1.8.5, and my air quality is still from San Francisco Chinatown... After the latest update, the air quality feature shows somewhere near Chinatown in San Fran. The display shows my Metairie, 70001 ZIP. Any idea how to fix this? (Not sure how to share a picture here.)

Why can't we get the Good Old App Back or make this work as the Old APP. I prefer the old app better, allows for more control of the Thermostat then this new app has. It only has basic controls now. I paid alot of money to have to top of line Thermostat to have the app that allowed complete control over many settings that now have been taken away. As I had researched that app and system control when I purchased my system. Update this app to have all the same controls as the old had. NOT HAPPY

Recent update troubles The most recent update has this app doing whatever it wants to. I changed the temp 25 minutes ago from 68 to 72, and it's still running. It's currently 67. I finally had to just turn it all the way off, and it still took 5 minutes to respond. Will Never understand why people feel the need to update perfectly working apps only to break them. ETA: Now it is cooling my house even though I have it set to 77, but my house is 72 but feels like 65.
