Running on a Pixel 7 & literally cannot get through the setup process because there isn't a vertical scroll bar on the Stay Connected to Your Home screens with the 🔔 on it. The page is bigger than my screen vertically & I can't get to the button on the bottom of the page to advance through setup. 🙄 C'mon... you're deprecating the old app & I can't even install the new one because I can't scroll? UPDATE: Thank you for the response. I actually figured out your proposed solution days later.

Keeps saying my controller will not register. Tried using both QR and manual entry... Nada. App right now is a brick. UPDATE: Carrier/ION customer service was excellent. The CSR carefully went through everything. She finally settled on re-installation of the firmware, which cleared the problem. The app now operates perfectly in concert with my system...one of the best features is to put in your power company's KwH & Therms cost, and it estimates cost of your heating and AC.

"There was an error registering your device" this is the error I received when trying to add an ION device through the all. There's no excuse for an app to be this bad in 2025.
