It's great. Ascend basically own Waterbury City site and developed this api
and app for use 8 many other cities. It works, they do respond. Do not use as a substitute for 911

A Great Idea I think every city I should have something akin to this allowing citizens of that City or rather residents to report crimes potholes whatever they may find that they wished to report we should also have something like this for people who are here illegally allowing us to report illegal immigrants by documenting their admitting of being here illegally Etc or employers who hire employees

Useless app if reporting issues Summer 2016 called the city and reported a problem that could lead to injury of children playing in the area-nothing done. Fall 2016 used the app to report the same problem, along with photos-still not resolved. Maybe after an injury the city will do something.
