Absolutely terrible return process. They ask you to send a video of the item, then say it’s “under review” and will get back to you. They never do. You have to keep chasing them, only to be told days later that the video has “passed the return policy.” Such a frustrating experience. If you don’t want to accept returns, just be honest about it instead of pretending returns are allowed and then frustrating customers. Very disappointing and would not recommend.

I bought an air mattress and other items from them. After pumping the mattress, it doesn't take 30 mins; then the mattress will lose air. I reported it to them; it took about 1 month before changing it. A new employee without money. After changing it, too. The new one had the same problem. I found the puncture where the air is leaking. I went to buy a kids' tool to do it. But still it didn't work. Till now, I've been sleeping on the floor till now. I leave all to God, I won't call them.800 wasted

Ishtar, is the worst after sale services, Why all items haven't reviewed? Cos very bad follow up and very bad customers support. Wish the overseas management review and ask them self, why they couldn't compete with the other competitors. Ishtar should recheck themselves
