I almost got hijacked few months ago while waiting for the gate to open. At night one is expected to be careful of surroundings, but attention is taken by the phone while trying to open the gate. Opening the gate through a cellphone while driving is not safe at all. One can also cause accident. So no phone no access. May you please add other methods like put something in the car in a way that as you approach the gate within particular meters the gate opens.

Most useless app ever... My number is not registered I followed the process twice... In both occasions email confirming issue resolved is there but nothing resolved. Inconvenience to tenants only.
