★★★★★ Very easy to use. Only issue is using camera on phone for mobil deposit of a check "VOID" appears on the check in the photo.

★★★★★ So nice that this bank has a simple responsive Mobil app that one can use for Mobil deposits!!

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. It says, "Sorry. We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." This has been an issue for over a month. As of 3/31/2024 I still cannot transfer any money out of Ivy Bank. It still shows this error. Fix this! You're holding my money illegally at this point!

★★☆☆☆ Can't do half of the functions offered, like transfer money externally, and need to try every different browser to get the website to work. Chrome and ie sometimes works, Firefox never, like I'm not sure how you can be an online only bank and have the worst android app and website I've ever seen... giving 2 stars cause at least I can see my balance...

★★☆☆☆ Can't see the log in boxes so can't log in. no scroll option. Useless

★★☆☆☆ External rarely transfers available ("ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED").
