Prebooking keep deleting themselves despite taking the temporary £1 fee. Been happening regularly for the past 3 weeks. They don't get cancelled, they get deleted. Ridiculous that I prebook successfully 24 hours prior and end up being late for work anyway when a taxi doesn't show up, only to ring the office and be told no booking exists on their system.
