This app is not fit for purpose. It is just a wrapping round the website and gives you error messages in Korean when you try and check in English.

Terrible check-in policy. Only 3 countries 'allowed' to online check-in: Korea, USA, and Japan. If you are not from these countries then they don't care about you. They don't say this on the app or website so you waste lots of time trying to check in when you actually can't. Will not use again. Use a Chinese or Japanese airline that doesn't discriminate like the Koreans.

This JINAIR website is very bad, when I want to buy the cheaper ticket and go to do the payment and key the secure code, they will pop up message is transaction decline please contact system administrator, please update your system easy people to buy ticket, TQ.
