I read about some good tips about what not to eat, like sugar, white flour, fried foods, red meat, and don't eat the egg yolk. The food you can have is tuna, nuts, walnuts, peanut, pecans and broccoli, and you can drink almond milk.etc.

This is a very interesting and informative app. Answering many questions & queries that are not explained or forget to ask at appointments. My only criticism is there is a box saying Remove Adds. Even though I have paid for removal. When you check the about section. There is no info verification that it is paid for nor when you go to pay again it refuses to recognize it is already paid for. Lovely little App otherwise.
