This is a game changer for anyone with elderly parents. It allowed me to continue working a full time job while still being my mom's primary caregiver. At first, I was just helping her change channels and "fix" the tv when a wrong button got pressed. But as she progressed through the disease it allowed me to drop in on her to make sure she was ok. It became our main line of communication through the day when she was no longer able to figure out the phone.

Our primary reason for getting Jubilee was to automatically change TV channels to MIL's favorite programs. She has dementia and can no longer manage a remote other than volume. It's been great. We also use video calls and drop-in on occasion. MIL's life is much better with Jubilee (she's a big TV watcher) and ours is, too, given that we can control her TV remotely and check in with her. I should mention - one can video call w/o the Jubilee user needing to do anything with auto-connect.

Major issue with Autoconnect & Video & Telescope option. Autoconnect, rings & rings & finally connects but don't know if TV turns on because my mom doesn't act like she sees me. I could scream. The telescope doesn't turn on the TV. When hitting Power button the app says Turning TV on and spins with nothing happening. Everything is hooked up and nothing unhooked. Fire stick is in HDMI port. App bugs, please fix. This system is amazing when it works but when it doesn't, it's not worth the service fee

Please fix the bug in the video calls. I can never do them. I hit the auto connect video call button, it starts to ring and then crashes. Only way I can talk to him is through telescope. And even then I cannot see him and talk to him at same time, and he cannot see me either.
