Drivers come at the time given, sometimes the experience is good, other times they are ok. I have used this car service for over 10 years. Only one I call when I'm on Brooklyn.

They are always onetime but had a few problems with them call for pickup the car came and the guy pick up someone else i the message on my phone that the car was outside I went out, and the guy had people in the car i yold him that I call for the car I even show him the messages I got, and he didn't do anything I had to call my friend to come and pick me up and this happen two times you guys need to do something about that

The prices always go up for no reason, yhet charges me to stop at the atm because their machine didn't work. The drivers are rude and nasty. Mangememt as well they suck now.

These cars are not TLC licensed, so you get the filthiest cars with drivers who are stinky and scary. You never know what psycho is driving you, today I think I need a shower after getting into this cahr, never again, if you value your life and hygiene go with another company that uses clean cars with licenses
