★★★★★ I previously wrote a 3-star review but upon playing the game more I have changed my mind. This is still a solid game. Still has the great artwork we love from Iron hide, a great theme, cool enemies and the addition of special attacks for each tower is great, however it's a shame you can't upgrade the towers and the placement of towers is so restricted it doesn't add much. Overall this is a decent game but the previous Kingdom Rush games are better.

★★★★★ Of course people complain about microtransactions. The energy system is not a problem for me. It is great to see Iron hide release a new game.

★★☆☆☆ I bought every Iron hide game so far. Never again. I feel so sorry for the game designers, they make awesome games, and then they get ruined by terrible monetization. I thought they couldn't get worse than the paid for towers in the last Kingdom Rush, but this is next level awful. Everything you hate about Freemium games in a single package. It's completely ruined the gameplay because the balance is so off trying to get you to pay for stuff. Absolute trash.

★★☆☆☆ The energy system needs to be removed, don't make this like all those other games that have it, it can become a great game like Kingdom Rush, don't ruin it please.
