Austin isn't somebody who took a course to get certified as a rowing coach, rather a former collegiate rower with years of fitness knowledge that he shares on social media and in the JUST ROW app. You can use any rower, and the best part is you don't have to plan workouts. Austin rows and coaches you throughout each class! I wish I knew about this app earlier, it is a game changer that has improved my health.

I'm very impressed by the breadth of content in the Just Row training library. There are great rowing workouts, obviously, but you'll also find body weight and free weight routines, stretching and mobility sessions, and no shortage of excellent tips and tricks. Austin is a great coach and his attitude is infectious. Seriously, sign up for the trial. You won't regret it.
