Used the app for more than a year, it's a nice app that works well. It's true that it logs out often and if you don't check that beforehand you might be out in the cold trying to charge only to have to type your login with cold fingers when you could have done it 5 min ago inside, but to be honest this is just a first world problem, otherwise the app is for sure good.

App doesn't work. Asks to confirm terms but won't allow you to continue.

App does not allow for fingerprint log on, and insists on logging the user out very, VERY frequently. Wanting to have a unique pw, I have always forgotten mine in between log-outs, resulting in near-mandatory pw resets while standing by a fast charge station, and double the time spent charging (when pw reset taken into account).
