Recently the up is not working properly the logs have disappeared before it has a logo of smart prepaid smart bro Mercado pldt they are not there anymore please put them back as they are replaced by sim symbol

I've been trying to open my app the whole day, but it always says that "invalid credentials" what's wrong with the app? All of a sudden nga log out mag ISA.

This app is the worst. Too much verification. After the update the account keeps logging off 2 to 3 times in a day. OTP needs to be entered many times because of an error saying it was logged in to other devices even if there's none. Logging in and loading takes 5 or more minutes, so I choose not to load at all takes too much time. Check Globe Benta the app is simple but no errors like this.
