Always log out, then the selection is always disappeared. Then I can't received OTP

This app is the worst. It has an annoying bug wherein the provider selection randomly disappears on the load transaction screen, yet the app still says, "Select a provider first" when you try to enter a mobile number. How am I supposed to select a provider when the option isn't even there? I've already tried clearing the cache, force stopping the app, restarting my phone, and checking my internet, but nothing works. How are retailers supposed to use this if errors like this occur often?

The app does not immediately go back to the dashboard after a transaction. There were already a few times when a transaction was doubled because after entering the security pin which I thought is for logging in, it was still for the last transaction. The agent's advice to me was to log out of the app after every transaction. WOW. How inconvenient. The Globe Benta app is better than this. Tss.
