This just has to fail once, and you are locked out of your place. Not reliable enough to use this as you access. Worked on all the other doors in the apartment complex except mine. An email as support doesn't help when you have cold groceries you can't get into your place.

Freezes when bell rings and have to wait until the call drops to open the door. Hence hard to even see who is ringing or allow access.

Had to use this app while staying at a Why Hotel. UI looks bare bones and sloppy, more like a hackathon project than a professional home security app. Basic functionality works ok, but gives outdated wrong info when checking lock status. (Says room is locked when it's not...HUGE security issue!!) Also, annoyingly asks you for the same permissions every time you open it.
