THE WORST!!!!!!! YOU WOULD THINK A HIGH DOLLAR APARTMENT COMPLEX WOULD USE AN APP BUILT BY COMPETENT DEVELOPERS!!!!! ZERO STARS.

Had to use this app while staying at a Why Hotel. UI looks bare bones and sloppy, more like a hackathon project than a professional home security app. Basic functionality works ok, but gives outdated wrong info when checking lock status. (Says room is locked when it's not...HUGE security issue!!) Also, annoyingly asks you for the same permissions every time you open it.

Asks for every permission under the sun in the name of using Bluetooth to unlock doors. Much too invasive. Literally asks for your phone log "so you can unlock doors while you're on a call". Madness. Works workout them, by the way! Just have to hit deny 30 times every time I want to open a door

Every other bad review you read is true. This app technically works, but the experience is awful. It asks for a permission to track all of your activity every time you open it, which is *precisely* what I don't want from a key app. You can't find the app by typing "Castle" on your phone search because it's called "Resident" after you install it, which gave me a good minute of panic. If you are a property manager, please, please use FOBs or old school keys. This sucks. This sucks. This sucks.
