Castle Presence is now my Exclusive Fob! Very happy with the app and its reliability. I have a traditional fob, but never use it. One caveat regarding daily activation/first use: Wait to open the app on your phone until you're close to a keypad. Otherwise, you'll likely end up closing and reopening for that first activation.

Why does this app start running when I'm in my work building ? It should only run when I open the app!

App worked OK up until about a week ago. It would at least open the doors I needed it to open. It stopped opening doors last week with no change on my end. I called customer service, and they said there was a software update, and I needed to uninstall and reinstall the software. Why wouldn't the app automatically update? I proceeded uninstalling and reinstalling, afterward only two of my three doors will open with the app. Please fix asap, Castle.

The app should only need Bluetooth and location services. And yet EACH AND EVERY TIME you open the app it asks to track physical activity, access and manage phone calls, and access notifications. Please stop with intrusive features and please stop making it so EACH time you open the app it asks for the same permissions over and over. You should allow the user to opt-out indefinitely. Until then, I will keep this review as-is, 1/5 Stars.
