Katuka: AI Calorie Tracker

Katuka turns a photo of your plate into real numbers - and then does something with them.

SEE WHAT YOU EAT
Snap your meal and Katuka breaks it down ingredient by ingredient: calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar and sodium. Not one vague number for "pasta": the pasta, the sauce, the bread and the oil, each on its own line.

Forgot the photo? Describe the meal in your own words and you get the same breakdown. Got it wrong? Tell it what it missed - "that's 2 eggs, not 1" - and it re-reads the meal.

IT KNOWS YOUR CONDITIONS
Tell Katuka about your diabetes, your blood pressure or your gluten allergy, and it actually uses that. Log a meal that clashes with it and Katuka says so, right there, before you finish logging.

Vegan, keto, halal, kosher, pescatarian, dairy-free, nut allergy - your meal plan is built inside those rules.

A PLAN THAT MOVES WITH YOU
Katuka builds your routine and meal plan from your age, height, weight, goal and the equipment you actually have - none, a couple of dumbbells, or a full gym.

And it learns. Regenerate your plan and Katuka reads your last four weeks first: how much you really ate, which days go sideways, whether you trained. If you were eating above target and still losing, it raises the target instead of repeating a plan you never followed.

ONE NUMBER FOR HOW YOU'RE DOING
Your Katuka Score, 0 to 100, reads the last two weeks: how consistently you log, how many days land on target, your workouts and your protein. Underneath it, the one thing costing you the most - because "60/100" doesn't tell anyone what to do tomorrow. Your weight is left out on purpose: it moves with water and salt.

TRAIN YOUR WAY, NOT OURS
Already have your own training? Switch it in your profile and Katuka stops handing you a routine. The Exercise tab becomes a record of what you actually did - from Health Connect or added by hand - grouped by day and broken down by activity.

HOW FAST, YOUR CALL
Gentle, steady or fast: you choose the pace and your daily target follows. Katuka will never take you below 1,200 kcal a day, whatever you pick.

YOUR DAY, IN ONE SCREEN
Today's workout with a checklist. Today's meals with what's left of your budget. A straight read on how the day is going.

At a party? Write down everything you had, drinks included, and Katuka totals the night in one entry.

REMINDERS YOU ACTUALLY CHOOSE
Six of them - meals, water, your daily summary, your workout, weigh-ins, a Sunday recap - all off until you switch them on, each with its own time.

HEALTH CONNECT
Connect it and Katuka reads the workouts your other apps write there - Fitbit, Strava, Peloton, Samsung Health - and they count toward your score on their own. Katuka only reads; it never writes anything back.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Turn on biometric unlock and Katuka asks for it every time it opens. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising, and nothing goes to the AI until you say yes on a screen that spells out exactly what gets sent. Export everything you've logged, or delete your account for good, from inside the app.

HONEST ABOUT THE NUMBERS
The estimates come from AI reading a photo or a description: a good guide, not a lab measurement.

Katuka is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a health condition.
