Poor service from Kazan. We can't use the machine since February until today. When we call they say they are still waiting for feedback from investigating team. Since 09 February till to date, and they mentioned that they will solve the matter within 7 days. They can't release our money, this people don't take our business serious now we are facing serious problem as we are missing more than 10k on our business, and we have to submit the financial statement with missing money

I have been using this app it was all great until the new update came in the receipt which is now in PDF only is making me work with difficult. It will be good if you bring back the text receipt At least for me to have an option whether I need to send the PDF receipt or text receipt. Solve this issue not all customers have smartphones
