I have been addicted to this service...and the owner was the best...if the restaurant made it wrong, she would make them fix it. I have spent SO much money on this service! But recently, it has blown up...new restaurants, new drivers, and the quality has gone SO far down! I am watching on their own map as my driver drove the OPPOSITE direction (from Haile St. Grill to precipice road, when I live PAST DUSTY BEND). Cold and undercooked food has become the norm...regardless of the restaurant!
