Update: App is performing much better with no connection issues. Bugs here and there, such as being logged out of Tidal within the KEF Stream app quite often. Connection with spotify through the Spotify app has issues, but that may be Spotify issues. Original: When my KEF LSX were updated to 4.1 they were running pretty well with this app, now with them updated to 5.1 the app doesn't hold the connection with them all the time, and I am experiencing more bugs. How can I downgrade back to 4.1?

Have had some issues in the past using with Tidal, but pleased to report that it now seems to be working well. Also, great for playing FLAC music files saved locally on my phone. I currently also have the Bowers and Wilkins Formation Wedge and have to say that the KEF app is better (plus the speakers are better too). Thanks for continuing to improve the app!

The LSX speakers sounds great but their usability is enormously compromised by how awful this app is. You'll find that you want to buy another streamer to plug into them just so that you don't have to use it. At which point, what's the point in buying speakers with in built streaming capabilities? You could honestly go and make a cup of tea between tracks even when 'gapless playback' is on.

After last update I'm unable to play music from my network HDD, kef please help, now mw speaker is useless because of the update

Kef's very good LSX speakers are badly let down by their awful Stream app. The Tidal functionality doesn't work - tracks are repeated, dropped halfway through or don't play at all. The Spotify option simply invokes the Spotify app, which fortunately does work (so KEF Stream is redundant). Playing locally stored music is painfully clunky. Kef should be ashamed of this.
