I very desperately and urgently needed a doctor one morning but couldn't find any in my area that were available. I decided to try out Kena. I downloaded the app, registered and paid for a consult. Within an hour I had spoken to a nurse and doctor and received a script and sick note. The nurse and doctor was so, so friendly and professional. I love that you can choose to do a call, video call or just text over the app. I also love that all documents are uploaded for you to access whenever.

Deceiving! Advertised as an online service when they still expect you to visit a pharmacy / doctor for readings. Was told I would not be charged, but now I have been charged, and I don't have the required prescription.

Worst ever app and company. Cannot receive an OTP to register a profile. Kick you out, and now I cannot register a profile at all. Go to Lost password and you don't receive an OTP. Go to support, and it wants you to register a profile. Go to the website and it's says cannot help you right now. Pathetic and useless app.
