Worst bus experience, NEVER TRAVEL in it. The bus was booked for 8:30PM and was changed to 10:45PM due to vehicle issue, then on reaching the stop I CALLED and only then did they mention they will provide a Traveler which will take me to pallakad for switching over to their bus and the worst of all the traveler was delayed by more than 2 hours. If allowed I would have given a negative rating. Never am I choosing Kerala Line ever again and will communicate the same to my friends and family.

Their staff don't know their own bus routes. The boarding point displayed on ticket was Royal Park Hotel. I called the driver two hours before boarding time to double-check the boarding point, and he mentioned Royal park hotel. 15 minutes before boarding time the driver calls me to tell the boarding point is Private bus stand and I should wait there. I'm with two senior citizens and a less than one year old baby, and I've to rush to reach the new boarding point. Utterly incompetent and bad staff.

Disappointing experience with Kerala Lines Travel! Booked a lower berth for my elderly father from BLR to PALA, but a mid-journey breakdown led to a bus change and an upper berth assignment. Uncomfortable for my father and a loss of confidence in the operator. Vehicle checks and seat consistency are crucial for long journeys.
